- SPSheryn ParkerMar 26, 20251.0Is this a Training bank or something? Very slow server. Takes about 15-20 minutes for simple tasks. They help you at the counter and walk away . Go to a different spot. Talk to 4 or 5 other people help the drive thru and eventually return. They must know they are slow as they apologize or thank you for your patience. Not quick or no hurrying here. Be sure to check your receipts as a week before Christmas they put $1200 cash of my money in to someone else's account. Since it tookover20 minutes I rushed out and didn't look at the receipt till the next day. Went straight to my closest location and it took then the entire day to rectify the mistake and didn't contact me until 4:40PM VERY SLOW. KIND OF DENSE AND NOT ACCURATE. Everything I think one needs to work at a bank. Where do you get these people?
