    I have had tons of issues. Twice, money has been deposited into the wrong account. My address not correctly updated, new debit card not requested despite requesting twice. Not to mention, most of the employees are either rude or incompetent. Trust the 1.8* review and go elsewhere.

    Unfortunately this is not a good bank. I couldn't access my online statements while trying to secure a loan. Physically had to drive to bank location. Teller was also unable to provide statements because bank was recently acquired. They had to put in a request to their engineers to access and said they would email in 24-48 hours. I never received statement, so I had to physically drive to the bank again. They still couldn't provide, so they had to ask corporate. Finally they were able to access and print. Unfortunately they will be losing our business, and we will be switching to a credit union today.

    Do yourself a favor and take your money to a credit union..... They will call you if you forget to transfer money from one account to another because you work 12+ hours a day and coach youth sports another 12 hours a week...... Great western will just take more of your money..... And now they are going to charge you to have money that they loan out to other people......

    Horrible service and out dated mobile banking. Transactions take longer than any other bank. Banked with them for 10 years. But not anymore
