  Always paid my loans on time and when I apply for a new loan I have to jump through hoops just to get told they won’t help me, but then months later call and say they can save me money on existing loans. So if it’s not their idea of helping a customer then it’s a waste of time for the loan officers.

  My husband and I have been members here for over a decade, myself over 2 decades. I would give 5 stars however, if you need to go on a Saturday, make sure you go EARLY. Regardless of who is in the lines and how long they have been waiting, once the clock hits 12:00pm noon, they shut down. My husband and I were waiting behind a vehicle for almost 10 minutes, it turned 12:00pm, we were thinking that since we were in line before noon they would finish helping those in line. They did not. So, lesson learned, if you need to go on a Saturday, make sure you are there well in advance.

  One of the worst banks in town. Constant condescending attitudes and general financial incompetence. Just try somewhere else. Dude who set up my account was cool tho Update - A guy named Ryan Morris called me and asked me to take this down. Very interesting business practice. Ryan dont call again please. Check out the other negative reviews, attitude and aggressive/weird policy problems are a common theme.
