  Today, August 7th, I was on drive thru trying to get money from account and young lady was giving me a slip to fill out even I was about to give her my bank card. On my question do I must fill that (did not do that for a years) she smile at me in a rude way saying yes. Drove away mad. Rude and not customer friendly place. Looking for new bank. Very disapointed.

  Used them to do a wire transfer a couple years ago. I've been bombarded with advertisements ever since. Tried calling to be removed with no luck so far.

  Very disappointing experience with Liberty First Credit Union. My biggest issue isn’t their policies—it’s their lack of transparency and inconsistent communication. When I opened my account, they had no problem immediately running my credit, but they failed to clearly disclose important new-account restrictions. I was told I could set up direct deposit, only to find out afterward there was actually a three-month restriction. Then, when I deposited my first payroll check, the teller told me the funds would be available in two days. After I requested a call from the account manager, I was informed there was actually a 10-day hold on my payroll check. If these are your policies, be upfront about them before customers move their money. Instead, I received conflicting information from multiple employees and only learned about important restrictions after the fact. A financial institution is built on trust, and Liberty First faltered before I even had the chance to use the account. The only reason why this review isn’t one star is because the branch manager Dustin was very open and apologetic about the items missed by his team. I appreciate your honesty Dustin and hope your team gets better training.

  Always paid my loans on time and when I apply for a new loan I have to jump through hoops just to get told they won’t help me, but then months later call and say they can save me money on existing loans. So if it’s not their idea of helping a customer then it’s a waste of time for the loan officers.
