  We had an amazing experience working with Tanya at Liberty First! She was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and patient throughout the entire process. She took the time to answer all of our questions, explained everything clearly, and made what could have been a stressful experience feel easy and straightforward. Tanya truly went above and beyond to help us find the best solution for our financial needs.   I've banked here for about 5 years until today. overdrafts on my account when its setup to not do so. I called and explained how its not my fault, they didnt care, "nothing they can do". But I know they can authorize reversing their fee. Stole 35$ out of my families pocket for the last time. Ubt here i come
