  Sat in the drive up window for 10 minutes with two employees just standing there ignoring us. Customer service here is crap!

  I was charged a small fee after Great Western Bank changed their policy on requirements for checking accounts. I was never made aware of the change in policy before being charged a fee. When I called, they said that the policy change notice was mailed out. I never received the letter. I tried to get this fee waived because I felt it was unreasonable to be charged a fee for a change in our agreement without notice of the change. The rep I spoke to said he was going to check about getting the fee waived and call me back the following week. Never received a call. A few days later, I called back and again, I was told they were going to check and call me back. Again, no call back. I called again a few days later. Rep checked by emailing supervisor, supervisor was out of the office. I was called the next day and was told that they wouldn't wave the fee. I've been with this bank, or one of the banks who GWB bought out, since 1995. It has been my primary retail bank for 26 years. No longer.

  Just happy to find a Great Western Bank. They are getting hard to find and Google Maps is outdated on them.
