  I used this company for many years to collect contract accounts for my business. They collected only 20% of the contracts that I sent them. I eventually settled for only $2,500 on the remaining $100,000 because they couldn't do their job. Why? I had no choice, they weren't collecting anything after awhile and I wasn't even getting monthly statements anymore. I'm posting this review so that other businesses don't get burned as I did. I wish I had never used this company in the first place. They are a bad slot machine that doesn't pay out. I ended up losing almost $98,000 by trusting them. There are many other 1 star Google reviews from others that are not happy as well, I would recommend reading them. Sincerely, Christopher N. Geary / Marine Corps Veteran. Update: I received a message from Mark the manager on July 15, 2026. This was many months after this post was made. He asked me to call him and I did. He told me that he had read this post and how disappointed he was that I wrote it. Now keep in mind this was many months after it was written. This goes to show you how out of touch and outdated these people are. He told me the reason why they couldn't collect the money is because people didn't like me and that is why they were not paying. Of course they didn't like me; they weren’t paying their bills. What else would they say? They are trying to out of paying. But of course this company kept taking more contracts from me for many years. Excuse after excuse, they always have a story. LOL.

  Never have I tried to pay a bill only to be told it is not enough. Haven’t worked in 3 months and you wanna squeeze me drier than I am

  These mfs are trying to make me pay something i already paid to the court and they can’t even leave an invoice saying they’re gonna be closed today instead of making a mf wait for someone to pick up they should at least be able to afford to pay someone to do it since they be tryna rob us
