Amber is newer to the bank in Yadkinville per our discussion and FNB has found a true gem. She goes out of her way to be helpful and is so friendly and personable. I hope she stays in the area because she is the epitome of a marvelous person.

I’ve dealt with the erroneous fees (worse than WF) and some passive aggressive tellers in certain branches. Always acting like they’re doing you a favor. Sometimes making up their own policies. I ditched them in 2020, for Truist. Save the headache, try a credit union or a bank with decent terms.
