I’ve dealt with the erroneous fees (worse than WF) and some passive aggressive tellers in certain branches. Always acting like they’re doing you a favor. Sometimes making up their own policies. I ditched them in 2020, for Truist. Save the headache, try a credit union or a bank with decent terms.

We then got hit with a random $15.00 fee for depositing too much into the account for one month. This is absurd. They charge you a fee for depositing money they use to loan out and make money off of. Guess it wasn’t enough for them to make the Interest off of our money we deposited. Just greedy. Is there a business bank out there that won’t fee you to death? We’re searching now.

Nothing but liars, customers beware! Not a bank for fixed income or for small town people!
