During this meeting we were encouraged by this individual to seek out the loan we needed, here at SECU. We took their advice and were not disappointed. Chelsia assisted us with our needs. She went above and beyond for us in the best way possible and had answers to our questions. This process ran a bit past 5:30 which was closing time, and she assured us that everything was fine. We are not the typical people to leave reviews, however we both agreed that she should be recognized to the community for her hard work, knowledge and dedication to her job and to meeting the needs of the community.
