But yesterday I went there and did a wire for a real estate deal closing today and from the beginning, Isaac didn’t act like he knew what he was doing and I kept telling him that that’s not how I did it before and I called the online support this morning to check on the wire and they said he never submitted it if I didn’t call I probably would’ve missed my closing When I called the credit union back, luckily enough, he was the one that answered, but never even apologized or act like he was prioritizing what he messed up

The receptionist went to the loan officer and they laughed, she said he didn't need her, she sent him back out to the lobby area to tell me they couldn't help. Did not bother to put me in a private office space to speak, had to talk in the lobby. People from all kinds of walks come in for help, not to be judged. I don't have to push the matter forward for your employees to know: not to talk about sensitive matters in a public space. Just do better for the next person. Thank you
