  Dropped by to do some account changes during summer break. Had to wait but they went out of their way to.be helpful. I love this bank

  Poor experience with auto lender with zero experience transferring auto loan from buyer to seller. Clearly, someone who was incredibly confused on handling the situation. Also an implication that the car being sold was stolen? Deplorable behavior from a representative of a credit union with a great reputation! Please do better.

  The employees here all of them are very helpful Julia Childs is very nice and works with you on anything you need very informative very pleasant I enjoy visiting this employees credit Union they can do anything from a savings account to a mortgage they have children's accounts they have bus drivers summer savings accounts they can explain that to you and the percentage rate on their MasterCard is a very good rate you do have to work for the state or the or the Federal police department bus drivers once you have a relative there you can join if you put $25 into a savings account you remember for Life long as you keep it active you can't beat some of their interest rates and stuff just talk to them you'll be surprised

  I absolutely love this branch.. I had some issues a couple of summers ago with the School system deducting my car payment from paycheck even after it had been paid off . Jennifer identified the problem and got right on it, and made sure my money was refunded to me... Plus whenever I need a Chocolate fix, I know exactly where to go.. Every Teller has a box of those World Famous Candy Bars at their station😀

  I enjoy bill paying day, as I get to see all the friendly people at my credit union. I usually see either Julia C. Or Robin D. They are very helpful and knowledgeable about my accounts and now it seems that it only takes seconds to what it would take me to do in a couple hours or more! Jennifer C. Is also nice and friendly and helps out as needed on my account. Thank You for helping me with my money!
