  Always been good on getting what I needed done done, very friendly tellers, and what do you expect when you don't keep a eye on your account your gonna get charged a overdraft fee aint their fault its yours so keep a eye on your account

  Warning to all! My fiance and best friend have both had their debit cards compromised in the last few weeks. I also have a debit card here. Check your statements often. I know one card was used in Texas for 2, small charges, I'm assuming, so it wouldn't be very noticable. They took a lot more from her best friend, in 1 large amount about a month ago. Both off debit card numbers. I don't know what's going on lately but I wanted to warn everyone. I do not know why FNB has not started looking into thier security. I know they are both long time customers. This is a FNB problem on a higher level, just be aware. Edit to above. Now the bank made us call the Walmarts and get copies of the receipts which you can tell someone was trying to load up on a gift card with many different debit cards charging $35 per card they used. For a total of $300 on their gift card. The bank also wants us to file a police report in Texas and we live in North Carolina. Looks to me like the bank is trying to weasel their way out of having to pay back the money! Think we'll be switching banks after this! It is ridiculous!

  Opted out of overdraft protection, and was charged 37 dollars for a .17 cent “overcharge”’ even though I never went negative, but because “Zelle” takes until Monday to process yet my bank statement shows the overdraft fee being processed AFTER a deposit made from Zelle. Horrible customer service and bank.

  They got me on the overdraft fees several times, and when I try to explain that I did opt out of the paper statements, they act like I’m lying and they question me as if I didn’t do it. They’re shady AF...BELIEVE IT!
