- TTTApr 29, 20261.0This issue is not directed at any specific branch, but at the company as a whole. I am extremely disappointed with my experience. I contacted customer service to stop an external transfer and received written confirmation that it had been completed. Despite this, after making a manual mortgage payment, the company still processed the external transfer, resulting in a double payment and putting my account into the negative. This caused a significant inconvenience, and to make matters worse, I was told the funds would not be returned immediately and could take several days to review. This level of error and delay is unacceptable and reflects poorly on the company’s processes and reliability.

Just a sampling of the issues I have had since First national took over... 1.)They will not cash payroll checks the same day - literally made me drive to Walmart to cash a payroll check. 2.)also has an overdraft fee schedule that most major banks have already settled in court in class actions, and stopped using. 3.) declined my card while using ebay, after waiting 20 minutes on hold company has no record I even tried to use it, card info was already saved in ebay from a prior purchase i made the day before so no new card information was entered...
