  When I left OZK, I couldn't help but think I should have done business here much sooner. Although I live in Virginia, OZK's excellent CD rates made the drive worth it. I was greeted immediately by Banking Specialist Christian D., even without an appointment. He was friendly, personable, and knowledgeable, taking the time to answer questions and explain my account thoroughly. His genuine and welcoming approach made the experience especially positive. OZK is a reliable, trustworthy bank with excellent customer service and a promising future. I am pleased to be a customer.

Every time we visit, the entire atmosphere is incredibly warm and welcoming.The team here is consistently attentive. They always listen carefully to our needs and make sure we feel valued as customers during every single interaction. A special shoutout goes to Drew, who is absolutely phenomenal—hands down one of the best in the business. Drew has assisted us a lot of times, both in person at the branch and over the phone.   I just moved to the area 5 days ago, had been with my previous bank for 40 years! I was searching for a bank that had multiple branches, backed by FDIC, friendly, knowledgeable & professional; I found that in Bank of the Ozarks, Winston-Salem. Manager, Joseph Porter & staff, including Christian, and Ms. Cynthia went above & beyond; helped me make a totally seamless & easy banking transition, opened my eyes to much more efficient ways to bank.
