- KVKanisha VealMay 22, 20261.0I am writing because I have become concern regarding a recurring issue my husband and I have experienced at your State Employees Bank branch (NC 42 location). On four separate occasions, we have been denied the ability to cash a check, and have to drive across town to the other location in Wilson, which is causing significant inconvenience. We expect reliable service from your institution, and this ongoing problem is concerning. At this point we are considering escalate the matter to a consumer protection agency, such as the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB). I am high dissatisfied with the service and this branch.
