    Terrible customer service in SECU Wilson NC branch( Ward Blvd,) we have over 15 years as members ,a woman who claims is the boss,last name Williams and hispanic guy who is unable to answer a question.

    If you're looking for any help related to a mortgage, see Ernest at this branch. He really knows his stuff and gives great advice. I have had poor experiences at other branches in Wilson but never had any issues at this one.
