  DO NOT BANK HERE! My husband is a business owner and has an account with pnc. He deposited a check with a big sum of money and they deposited it someone else’s account by accident. Took over 24 hours to get the money back into his account and to figure it out. Less than 24 hours later, the money has disappeared from his account AGAIN. This is not the first time something like this has happened. You really should take a look at your whole staff if you’re going to be taking deposits incorrectly, not just one time but multiple times throughout the last year. The way your employees handle the situation is by laughing and saying “it’s cool” is completely unprofessional. There are bills to pay and your mistake of depositing a massive check into a strangers account and holding the money from him is insane. To say the least, we will all be planning to switch our accounts away from pnc.

  I have been a PNC customer for 20+ years. I got my husband to switch to them too because I have always enjoyed using them as my bank. This branch is the most frustrating branch I've ever dealt with and unfortunately I'm here often because it's only a mile from our house. They never answer their phones, I don't even know if they actually have a phone. I've had to call other branches and ask them questions or stop in and ask someone in person because they dont use phones here. They don't have a notary, which all other branches have. Finally their ATM only accepts cash and check deposits about 50% of the time. This isn't just on weekends. I was there Monday around 1030am and it wasn't accepting deposits. I've been there in the middle or end of the week in the late afternoon or evening and it isn't accepting deposits. It's really annoying. If they know it gets full so fast empty it more often or do whatever needs done so it can be used. I'm so close to just switching to wells Fargo since it's right across the street. Ive had to call them so I know they at least answer their phone.
