  I'm new to the area, needed a new bank account, I was greeted at the door by a gentleman named Dominic, he helped me to open new accounts, explained every service available to me, answered all my questions about how to get my funds wired from my old account in NY, even helped me to download and set up the app on my phone! I had to return the next day for some additional questions and was helped by another outstanding employee by the name of Heather, she was terrific, this bank gives great customer service, they're patient and kind, i would recommend this establishment to anyone who's looking for a trustworthy bank!

  I just opened an account at this bank. And let me be one of the ones to tell you they've got the best professional service skills I've ever seen in a bank. They go as far as getting you pre-ready for the teller or banker to see you. I honestly can't put into words how great and professional PNC Bank is. They've been great to me. And, I'm going to stay with them as long as I can.

  Fyi, if you have a business account there is no grace period for overdrafts. There is also no max amount they will hit you with in a day. I got $140ish in od fees when my account never went negative. On top of that, my account is supposed to decline with over drawn. Very predatory like practices . Crazy part is 2 of them were fraudulent; no, they dont care. Google class actions against pnc and you will find out quickly about their ethics
