It’s near impossible to get a call back and responses are “I’ll get back to you,” but no one ever gets back to you. I ended up having to pay a penalty because I was under the impression that my quarterly taxes had been submitted when they had not been, due to lack of communication.
- DLDavid LevyOct 14, 20172.0Hopefully, they have improved. They seemed skilled and knowledgeable on first meeting "in person." I Used them for business, personal, and for a disabled aging parent. Poor communication skills, understaffed for their workload, didn't return calls, etc, etc. I had to make multiple trips to the office for any kind of response. When I achieved contact with the office, my simple concerns seemed unimportant to them. I took my business elsewhere.
