  Nate Davis greeted my husband and me as soon as we stepped into the lobby, and instantly made us feel at ease. We needed to close out some CD accounts that belonged to my recently-deceased father. Nate knew exactly how to handle the transactions (there were several CDs), and explained all the steps he was taking to help us. He went over all the numbers for us, showed us what the activity had been with each CD and what each one was worth that day. We signed a few papers, he cut us a check for the total amount due us, and we were done. Nate couldn't have made it any easier or less stress-free, and he handled everything with a smile. We highly recommend to anyone needing banking services to see Nate Davis at Bank OZK on S 17th Street.
