  If you are going to require that YOU type in my security question answers, I expect that you take the 5 seconds it takes to spell check a SINGLE WORD to verify that you spelled it correctly. The number of times that me and my family members have been locked out of our respective accounts because an employee of this bank could not be bothered to take the time to ensure a single word was spelled correctly is downright ridiculous. When they ask you for your security question answers, have them SPELL IT BACK TO YOU. I am not kidding. Hold their hand through it or you will be locked out of your account at the worst of times.

  This is a great bank. I’ve been with the NC SECU since high school and I’m 52 now. Always good service and helpful people.

  Wow! Haven't been to this branch in awhile. Pulled into where it used to be and the building was boarded up! I was like where the hell is the bank? Just as I was pulling out my phone to find the new location as I was pulling out, I saw the new building across the street. What a change, the new building has fantastic architecture. Great job SECU! Banking was of course a pleasure, and they have more ATMs and drive through lanes at this location.
