Wanted to add my son to my account and the female that was “in charge” of that said he needed 2 forms of identification, one of the identifications could be a utility bill which he had. But she said that wouldn’t work. I didn’t appreciate her high and mighty attitude. She was very condescending and disrespectful. Won’t be doing business with them.

A banker seems to never be available to assist the customer as needed. This bank basically only functions to take basic minimal deposits and ATM withdrawals.
- BMBarbara MyersJul 26, 20181.0If I were to review this bank's service last year it would have been 5 stars, however since they switched over to a new system in April of this year, I barely can give them 1 star. Their customer service is horrible, and their record keeping ( applying payments timely and accurately is horrible) doesn't even rate a star. Payment application can take up to over a month for them to apply and then they charge you a late fee because they state you are overdue.
