I would also like to personally thank "CHANCE" for his awesome Customer Service. He always went above & beyond to assist me & my son. We are getting ready to transfer to Civic Credit Union, along with MANY other members. Its practically an Online Credit Union & this transition will be quite a challenge for my family. An increasing number of financial institutions are forsaking personal interactions in favor of the automated services. Many members struggle with computer technology, especially the seniors. This new change makes me feel a profound sadness for others. Definitely, a sign of the times. Thank you again for being the GREATEST Credit Union! We will miss you. MY only regret is we can't take "Chance" with us. He's a good one!

- ACAnthony ClappJun 28, 20241.0Foreign currency exchange is a broken process with SECU. They will happily order you the currency that you need but they will not tell you what the exchange rate is. I’m not comfortable placing an order where I am not informed of what the cost will be. Wells Fargo is 16.78 pesos per 1USD. SECU could be 18 or 14, who knows, but I’m not taking that risk on a $1000 exchange.
