They’ll blatantly lie about services provided & then talk about you to their coworkers. Super thankful I don’t have to visit this location often because if I did I would be choosing to bank with a different bank without question. Terrible.

- ICIredell CountySep 23, 20221.0Super disappointed with the customer service from this bank. Called them to try and lower my credit card limit and was told I was unable to. They did state however that they could only "INCREASE" my credit card limit. Called the LGFCU bank in Cornelius and they were able to decrease it for me. Seems like this bank only works for their own benefit. Pretty disgusting.
