    After being a member of the SECU for fifty years I received very poor service from the tellers of the Spruce Pine branch when reporting a problem with their ATM. They were unwilling or unable to answer my questions about the machine malfunctioning and were quick to blame me. When I verified a problem with the branch ATM, they were unappreciative and denied a problem existed.

    They sure have treated me with respect and very friendly service over the past years that I've been a member there house and a lot of vehicles financed there
