- EREric RussellDec 10, 20181.0Don’t use this bank for anything! Their loan and mortgage department is a joke! If you do accidentally use them, prepare to do most of the work yourself with very little help and a lot of aggravation. Also expect it to be late and lots of changes that don’t make sense when your too far in to turn back. And if you really need to get a hold of someone, they aren’t there and you’ll chase your tail for hours. Terrible customer service. Had to get assistance from another bank. They are freaking clown shoes!
