Then asked them to exchange the multiple smaller bills I got out of their ATM for larger bills. They said no they only serviced their own customers. This is soo wrong. I already paid their expected fee for using their services.

Crystala or whatever ebonics like name at the front desk should not be allowed any interaction with share holders or the general public. During Covid this place was seven worse on service. Losing paperwork, shifting blame on other employees and will waste your time and patience.
