However, in dealing with my father's estate, Wells Fargo has completely missed the mark on customer service. OZK bankers, however, have been amazing! I have dealt with Amanda and today with Aron. They are both available, friendly, quick with help and very customer service oriented. Yay OZK! Boo Wells Fargo!
