  Bridget was a nice bank teller. I didn't know that I could cash a check with out an 🆔 but I guess since I've cashed my checks before there. I was in their system. That was the nicest and closest bank to where I go Monday- Friday

  Very bad experience at Bank OZK Branch # 1502/Teller # 7 on 04/18/2024. Went in to get cash from my account. The Teller did not move forward to her station and incorrectly stated that she thought I was asking for something besides cash and a far different amount. She asked me several times during the transaction about the amount. Then she asked me if I knew the two old weird women in the car going through the drive thru. After finally giving me the cash I requested she made one final weird and very unprofessional comment telling me not to be flirting with the two weird old women in the drive thru and my seriously upset response to her lack of common sense and decency led to her and another teller cackling and laughing loudly as I walked out of this branch upset for the last time. I may take my money to a different bank in the future. No excuse for that behaviour and lack of professionalism ! Does Bank OZK train their employees to act like that ?
