It made me feel like i wasn't a valued customer after i have been bank there over 20 years. The man that was to help me said he couldn't do what i was asking. When i said i always come here and its never a problem. He told me he couldn't do it and sat me back into the waiting area ... So i sat and sat and sat. Finally i just called and got what i need done over the phone...but im in the branch!!! Being ignored... until as im leaving i ask how i can file a complaint. Then Jana a nice employee and the receptionist started to help after i already got help over the phone. It was ridiculous and wasted my time i should have been helped before ..i got upset enough to write a complaint! I felt as a black woman overlooked and embarrassed. This kind of stuff needs to be addressed asap! And it need to stop! That why im only giving 3 stars and im just being nice. Unlike they were
