  I went to the branch where I am a member and requested a wire transfer. I completed the transfer with a bank rep and was given documentation of the transfer. This was done around 2:00 pm. 24 hours later, it’s not received by the party it was to go to! I call the bank, and I’m hung up on, transferred, then hung up on or told I’m calling the wrong bank, and when I verify the number I’m calling, I’m told yes, that is the Fairview branch number, but why am I not able to speak with anyone at the branch? The money was sent for a trip I was going on the next day. So now I’m on the trip and find out my money has not been received, and now I’m in another state. My nerves are shot, and the bank is not offering any assistance at all, yet where is my money? 2175 and the 15.00 fee I paid for the transfer. Yesterday was the first time I ever did a wire transfer and state employees credit union made sure it was my last. It is really disturbing and makes me want to end my long time relationship with them. I’ve been a member for over 20 years.
