I sure wish there was a zero star option. Up until today I thought Truist had the most rediculous check cashing fee. I got check cashed today and they charged me 27 dollars to cash it. The said they charge 2% for non customer check cashing. I thought i was a customer there to be helped. The people who have accounts there are paying to have those accounts. Why are they allowed to charge as if they were a check cashing store? Total scam. This bank is a true example of cooperate greed. We have to scrounge for everything we get but they sit in ac and type on a keyboard for a couple seconds and boom, they are entitled to your money. Would not recommend anyone doing business at this bank.

PNC not like it used to be. Not personal at all. Make an appt, text a number, wait for a prompt, wait for an email...was told you could've called customer service". HA! I had and waited and waited for some one to answer and it never happened. Is it more important to steer away you customers of MANY years just because you are afraid to handle a minor task in real person? When you go in these banks, it's like walking into a funeral parlor. Even the tellers are non-professional. Everyone has become a number. Walking away a dollar at the time!
