- JGJada GarlandAug 11, 20262.0Extremely disappointed with the customer service I received at this location. I’m not sure of the name of the woman I spoke with who was part of the office staff, but she was incredibly rude, condescending, and spoke to me as if I were a child. The tellers were helpful and did what they could, and I had no issues making my payment. My issue was with online banking, and I simply needed someone who could properly explain the process and help me resolve the problem. Instead, the woman I spoke with appeared to be confused about my issue and continued giving me incorrect information, even after I clearly explained what I needed help with. I ended up calling PNC directly, and the representative I spoke with confirmed that the information I had been given was incorrect and stated that the way I was treated was completely unacceptable. The tellers were great, but the interaction with the office staff completely ruined my experience.
