  Worst experience. The ladies dont know how to pick up the phone when you call. As soon as you ask a question, youre instantly put on hold for 20 mins. Needs a whole new staff at this location. actually just Jennie needs to be fired

  If it wasn't for bank manager Carrie Hutchins, I would have changed banks. She is very personal & helpful. I've had several instances where she went above the normal to straighten out many problems.

  This Bank is ok until they charge you 3 or 4 over drafts for one overdraft and then refuse to fix it after i explained that it charged me for my previous transactions that it charged me over drafts for using my own money all because I over drafted afterwards people tend to get mad when you charge them 40$ for a soda that you bought with your own money
