Mind you, the front desk people are lovely, and were able to help me find out information the loan officer couldn’t. Today the loan officer that I was funny to say my grandfather made a mistake because he’s from New Jersey. He’s 84 and recently had a stroke. This was beyond unprofessional and disrespectful
