  I can see why the first two reviews I saw are poor, this was the least friendly SECU I have been too thus far, the woman helping us barely looked at us, barely spoke and mostly ignored us when she could, even when we had inquiries she still acted as though she didn't want to do her job and help answer questions related to what we were trying to do in finding the best options, so I can not even saiy all she did was her job when that was something she didn't seem to want to do. I am thankful that this is not the one I need to do business with, and I was only there because at the time this branch was the closest one. I can not imagine the difficulties I would face having to come here...

  Been a member for at least 20 years. Normally bank at the creedmore rd location. Since I live in Brier creek I visited this location about a car loan. I rarely ever leave reviews but the horrible experience with loan officer Felicia Culbreth I will not keep quiet about it. First off, she did her job and loan was approved quickly. But within 2 seconds of being called into her office I had this very uneasy feeling and wanted to stand up and walk out. To be working in a bank in a position of face to face customer contact and have absolutely zero personality and the attitude of not wanting to be there its just disgusting. She is a disgusting individual. I felt uncomfortable the entire time. Never have I felt like this in this type of setting. Why I didn't chew her you know what out I don't know. To make matters worse you could plainly hear the other agents in offices close by being extremely professional with their clients. I'll never step foot into this location again. But if for some reason I must the first words out of my mouth will be do not assign Felicia to me. If you are ever in this type of situation do not put up with their attitude. Walk out. I'll be pursuing this matter with upper management.
