Not to mention, they lowered the drive up ATMS last year, and you have to be a contortionist to reach the thing! I know they did this to comply with the ADA act, but here's the funny part and it is funny! Anyone who is handicapped will drive up to the ATM, just like the rest of us. Guess what? It makes it just as hard on them! I could understand if they lowered the walk up, ATM. Absolutely! But not the drive up. Here is a news flash: Lots of handicapped people drive, so in essence, what you did, was for nothing! And remember, I mentioned you have to be a contortionist to use the drive up ATM. Imagine how hard that is for someone who is handicapped! Absurd!! Let's also mention the wonderful new AI assistant! That virtual person is so helpful! NOT!! I am so fed up with this bank and I am seriously considering moving all my money; which, by the way, isn't much at all! BETH WILSON Raleigh, NC
