- PHPam HowardJun 16, 20263.0I’ve been a member of SECU for over 20 years, but recent changes have me considering moving my accounts. 3 months ago before the updates that they blame for increased wait times I could not reach Member Services to report a lost card after waiting on hold for 45 minutes. Today, I called again and after 12 minutes on hold, the estimated wait time actually increased instead of decreasing.
