- AAAylaApr 13, 20261.0I've been with SECU for 13 years and never had a problem. I just found out they will not give loans to members that are not in a connecting state, even though I already have a auto loan with them now.
- KHKristi HarrisApr 7, 20262.0I've been a member of NCSECU for 30 years. Recently my debit card number was stolen. I received a text from NCSECU alerting me of possible fraud right away. I immediately let them know the charge was unauthorized. They still allowed it to go through. I called for help, and they gave me an email to contact. I sent all the receipts with proof that my information was stolen and NCSECU did not even respond. I've called and emailed many times with no response. The one time I finally got someone on the phone she blamed me for allowing my information to be stolen. The charge was for $1000. After months of follow up the merchant finally refunded me. NCSECU did nothing to help me. Afterwards I wrote to them to complain about the situation and my letter was not even acknowledged. I have had a few other small issues over the years which is the only reason my rating is a 2. NCSECU should at least try to be supportive and assist their members in these situations.

I’m in the process of getting my car refinanced & paying off my loan so I can get rid of them for good. I’m trying to upload the video ( proof ) but it won’t let me people please leave this bank
