- SDSamantha Davis5 days ago1.0I recently began coming to this branch again and the custom service is TERRIBLE. I’ve spoken to someone by the name of Jae Kearney and he was very rude to me. I’m an elderly women so I don’t take lightly to disrespect. I will NOT step in the branch ever again !!

She tried to be sassy about my first name even tho I go by my middle names and was almost belittling. The male in there tho I don’t quite catch his name was amazing and has some of the best consumer service I’ve seen in a long time

Mrs Garner quickly helped me with what I needed, and did so professionally and with a smile so genuine it shown through her mask. Ladies like Mrs garner and the branch manager will keep me with secu for the non tangible quality in business , and commerce that really makes the difference.
