- PKPaul KielAug 29, 20255.0I gotta defend these folks from these low stars. I've been with this branch for many years. Always helpful. Tellers are great. Financial advice. Loans too. And last year I lost my dad. As he lived in another state, I went with his bank for executor works. BofA. Boy that experience may me so appreciate my SECU. These folks are wonderful and I have always come away pleased.

I went in to have a discussion with someone about getting a mortgage and what I would need to do to get started on a home loan. I ended up leaving embarrassed and infuriated as the person I was setup with went straight to filing for hard inquiries when I did not even want to run my credit, I just wanted some help with direction. He then proceeded to treat me like a delinquent and act extremely condescending. I don't even have his name as he did not display it or even introduce himself. Nor did I even get anything stating I was not approved with reasons, yet I have 6 hard inquires on my credit report from that single visit. What happened to this company? Credit Unions used to be top notch service. Now you're discriminatory and rude, I'm never recommending you again.
