First mistake then when I finally did get one the lady was rude, had a tone , didn’t introduce herself and then hung up on me. This is not okay and it makes me very uncomfortable. This is where I bank and have banked for years and this is how I am to be treated. It’s time to switch banks. If you are that unhappy with your job then you need to stay home. Please please be mindful of how you treat others because you reap what you sow. That’s why I’m always kind to others. Even when they are rude, nasty and ugly to me.

Had an issue with fraudulent charges and two tellers and a financial adviser spent an hour and a half sorting it out and were genuinely invested in making sure everything was fixed before I left.
