I had a very disappointing experience at this bank on Corporate Parkway. Every time I visit, there seems to be an issue. On my most recent visit, every ATM was out of service, and only two tellers were working. Instead of helping customers efficiently, they appeared to be chatting while the line continued to grow.
The area around the property also needs attention. The Burger King behind the bank had overflowing trash, and the surrounding area looked neglected. As businesses representing the community, it's important to help keep the neighborhood clean and welcoming.
I hope management takes these concerns seriously. Reliable ATMs, professional customer service, and maintaining a clean environment are all important. Even spending a few minutes each day on property maintenance could make a noticeable difference for customers and the community.

I would like to recognize Kathryn Manning for her exceptional patience, professionalism, and willingness to help throughout my auto loan process. From the very beginning, she took the time to thoroughly explain everything to me, answer my questions, and make sure I understood the next steps.
After experiencing confusion and frustration at another branch, Kathryn remained calm, understanding, and extremely reassuring. She went above and beyond to review my situation carefully and worked diligently to help get everything squared away. Her customer service made a stressful situation feel manageable, and I truly appreciated how kind and apologetic she was regarding the confusion I experienced elsewhere.
Because of Kathryn’s time, effort, and dedication, I will now be picking up my new car tomorrow. SECU is lucky to have someone like her representing their organization. Thank you again, Kathryn, for treating me with patience, respect, and genuine care throughout the process.

The worst location ever! Waited in drive through over 35 minutes both sides! People all just left! But the 1 car behind us wouldn’t back out so we couldn’t go to another location! Never again! Never! Just ghetto!
