    Had a wonderful experience at the Village District branch of PNC in Raleigh! My family had a lot of red tape to cut through with an estate account and other things after my dad died. We worked with Lisa at PNC, and she was amazing. Knowledgeable, patient, upbeat -- and she got results. She truly understands what customer service is all about and why it's important. Julia was also very helpful in helping us sort out some issues. A great team!

    Called to inquire about opening a new checking account. Told me ‘ check online’ and hung up. I am old and can’t really figure the online things. I will now go to a different bank. Its a guy with a very weird name

    You're better off getting an account at BoA. 1. Customer service is especially bad with long wait times. 2. Website/mobile app are archaic and difficult to work with. Other banks have much more convenient and easy to use interfaces. 3. Here's the kicker - its virtually impossible to call the Clark Ave branch sometimes. They say they'll transfer to someone but its just emptiness on the other side.
