- HHHashaunJun 6, 20261.0The lady who was the teller who’s apparently been there 11 years doesn’t have a clue what she’s doing. I’ve had a Pnc account for longer than she has worked there, I have business banking there and have never had an issue at any other branch other than this one. First of all the workers don’t know what they’re doing, they not only messed up my savings account and charged me fees and didn’t give me the promised I’m interest rate, today they decided they wouldn’t accept a cashiers check from my client made to my DBA (which can’t own property) even though the exact same method was used two weeks prior. She the proceeds to tell me I can go do it at the atm after I just waited in line 20 minutes. The little man Ethan who answered the phone was no help either. I swear they just be picking people off the street to train and work there.
