- 00001kkwongOct 1, 20261.0The tellers take too long to process transactions. Avoid this branch. I wait 15 minutes and was told the computer is down.
- SHShaun HolderSep 14, 20261.0I have banked at PNC for over 20 years and they have progressively gotten worse over that time period. Today I went into this branch to get 2 cashiers checks. I wrote the names of the payee's perfectly and legible, the teller prints out the checks, then asks a manager to check everything over. Suddenly the manager says there are some discrepancies with my account and my ID. Like what? Asks me to go sit with him in his office and sign some document. I am on my lunch break trying to get in and out, I do not have time to go sit with you in your office, If I did i would make an appointment, (PNC is always trying to get me to sit down with someone, idk why) So after agreeing and spending over half my lunch break at this bank that I only should have been at for a few minutes, i get the checks and I leave. Only to find out they spelled the names WRONG! its a CASHIERS CHECK!!!! that money is now out of my account and the payee can't even cash the check. leaving me in a hell of a bind for time and money now. PNC is about to lose my business forever. Mega conglomerate bull malarkey.
