Another person pulled up a few moments ago and was allowed to enter. Has been inside for about 8 minutes now. Hmmm. Negative experience. 1:02pm addition: we were called on shortly after the initial post. I will say, the rep has been very kind and efficient. Added another star due to that.

He said that he would follow up and expidite the service. I gave him one week to complete the task. I called on the 8th day, spoke to Dan, he lost the paperwork, asked for my details again and then said he would call me right back. I called back 3 hours later and found out that Dan had left for a 6 day vacation without returning my call. Most banks no longer offer service, just transactions. I would recommend other banks that have better resources.
