Check cleared and she wrote the confirmation number literally on my check then, told me she would have to place a 7 day hold on it. I asked for my check back and asked why was it written on. She said it was protocol despite my primary bank said that it wasn't and you can only verify once. Chad McMillan and Becky Oldham , confirmed that it is protocol to write the confirmation number on the actual check, even if the customer decides not to cash it at that branch. In which, I did not. Katherine Chance, literally used my check as a sticky note pad then , tried to justify it with a hint of racism. She's totally unprofessional. If I could leave 0 star I would. Do yourself a favor and go to another branch. I was able to cash it same day luckily in Southern Pines. They confirmed that all three workers involved was one hundred percent, Wrong and Out of order. Chad McMillen informed I couldn't go and higher with the exculade.
