- MFMario FarnetiJun 16, 20202.0My wife has our mortage through this bank and they have been good to us till now we fell behind on our house payment due to covid and I came up here to pay it the lady stopped me at the door and said i couldnt come in without a mask so I asked if she coukd help me cause I got a letter stating we were behind and asked if i paid the due balance would we be good she told me that well we wouldn't be behind if we wernt lazy and didnt pay our bills she was rude and disrespectful and continued to tell me how I and my wife were not good parents if we let our bills fall behind I'm disapointed in the way she represented herself and this bank this was embarrassing I work my butt off to provid for my family and she treated me like dirt
