They told my customers that we were a fraud business and refused to make a wire transfer telling him that we were a fraudulent business! They didn’t check to see if we’re registered with the state bonded and insured let along having over 2,500 positive feedbacks from customers on line at a 100% rating. No wonder they have the rating they have! I would not recommend anyone to have their money in this bank period they will do everything for you not to take your money out!

- IAIan AtkinsMay 18, 20261.0I'm a 23 year old customer who had a very frustrating experience at this branch today. I attempted to deposit a $10,000 inheritance check from my deceased grandmother. A blonde female teller initially told me the check would be placed on a hold. After speaking to someone in the back, she returned and refused the deposit, claiming I didn't have enough money in my account to cover it. While I was standing at her desk on my phone trying to figure out the issue, she looked at me and rudely asked, “are you still waiting on me?” When I replied yes, she snapped back, “we refuse the check” in a very dismissive tone. It was only after I came back later and asked for a manager that the check was finally accepted and placed on a hold — something that should have happened from the beginning. The manager was very helpful and polite. What makes this worse though is that just a few months ago I deposited over $50,000 into this same account. The teller clearly didn't bother to look at my account history and instead made a lazy judgment based on my age and current low balance. It felt like she simply didn't feel like doing her job. The entire interaction was disrespectful and unprofessional, especially while handling funds from my deceased grandmother. It strongly appeared I was being treated differently because of my age and low account balance.
