- LSlogan seeleyJun 26, 20265.0Amazing customer service. I went to two banks this morning. The first I waited in silence for my turn, spoke with the teller briefly, and left. I expected to do the same at the second (this one). Instead, I was greeted with a smile and offered water while I waited for my turn. They greeted their regulars by name, talked to them like friends, and even walked an elderly customer to her car. Every person in the bank seemed genuinely happy to be there, and created a welcoming environment evident from the moment I walked in. I don't know if this is just a product of the type of people working at this branch, or if this is an intentional move by management, but I was sincerely impressed either way!

Every time my wife or I go into the bank the manager interrogates us then tells us we could do that online or through the drive thru window. I have been with PNC for almost 30 years and have always had an enjoyable experience If we had wanted to do everything online we would go to an online bank. This interrogation and negative/demeaning treatment by the manager is going to drive us and many other customers away. If we are treated this way I can only imagine how his employees are treated.
