My parents set up a kid's account a fat cat account now when I was first born and over the years they have been nothing but supportive and helpful especially in times of needs. The staff and Morganton North Carolina which is where I think with them off of exit I-40 are very kind and very helpful. As well as the loan officers, as well as the receptionist at the front desk, they tellers inside the bank are very helpful, and the tellers at the bank window are very very nice even if the line is backed up they are so patient and treat everybody the same with human decency. First Bank is a credit union which is different from a regular Banks who have constant fees and higher interest rates. If you are a government employee, Forest state employee venue automatically are able to bank with State Employees Credit Union. Government employees in state employees are able to set up accounts for their family members because the government employees families are able to open accounts from the person who served in the military or is a police officer or is the correctional officer for the state or a government official for the state or even for the federal government. These individuals are able to set up accounts for their family and when their children grow up and get married they are able to either spouse to this Bank and their children as well. I highly recommend this a credit union not only because of their benefits but because of their decorum and how they treat their members. They are always super kind and genuine and always helpful no matter what.
