- JMJoy McPhillipsJun 12, 20262.0I rarely rate anything, and its not to complain about this branch specifically...but after their new update the app is terrible. They signed all members out of their accounts. Before I was able to access my account with a 5 digit pin (and had been for the last 3 years) That feature needs to return. Also, transactions take much longer (1-2 days when most transactions except car payments were instant) so now I have a bunch of pending transactions and the balance remains the same...that drives me nuts. Most people like fast convenience. Plus the update was from a Friday- Sunday. I dont know about others, but that's when I spend most of my money and since I couldn't access my account or remember how much was in there and haven't balanced a checkbook since 2009, I charged things to my credit card. I've been with SECU for about a decade but honestly I am disappointed.

I went in today to open a new account and add my wife and the guy at the desk was extremely rude and I sat in the waiting room with a room full of others while they had multiple employees in officers without customers in front of them. I will be moving my accounts elsewhere.
